Possesses a designated level of professional skill and/or knowledge in specific area(s) and keeps current with developments and trends in area(s) of expertise. Develop plans to accomplish work operations and objectives.
Arranges and assigns work to use resources efficiently. Develop strategic plans, organisational structures, and systems to fulfil legislative or mission driven organisational goals.
